Parks and Trails

The Town of Blind River is home to several lakeside and riverside parks and expansive trail systems. Have a picnic at a park, play a game on one of our fields and courts, and discover trails through which to hike, bike, ski and snowshoe around our scenic landscapes.

Trails

Blind River is home to several scenic trails! Explore the Penewobikong section of the Voyageur Trail that crosses northern Ontario and the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail that runs along the north channel of Lake Huron. Discover different trail paths in the Boom Camp Trails through the Mississauga First Nations' wetlands, including the Youngfox loop, connecting to Eldorado, and the Mossy Rock loop, our first accessible trail.
