Before you begin a planning or building project in the Town of Blind River, we strongly recommend that you book a pre-consultation meeting with us to discuss your project before submitting any applications or fees. We will help you learn what information and forms you need, what kinds of approvals are required and any potential areas of concern.

2025 fee for a pre-consultation appointment with the planner is $320, this will be deducted from the total planning application fee, if you proceed with submission.

Meeting appointments are offered in-person at our municipal office or via virtual videoconference.
